Proposal software

Proposal software for service businesses

A proposal is where a client decides whether to hire you. Pegasy is proposal software for agencies, studios and consultants that treats it that way: you send a web page, not a file, and your client reviews the work, compares the offers, asks what they need to ask, signs and pays in one place. You see what they read while they decide.

How it works

From brief to signed, in one place

Start from what you already know

Most proposals start from a call, a brief or a thread of notes. Give Pegasy’s AI composer your brief and your files, or connect Notion, Fireflies or Fathom, and it drafts a proposal from real sections: context, approach, scope, timeline, team, investment. You edit everything before anyone sees it.

Or start from a template built for real service work (Film & Production Studio, Creative & 3D Studio or Creative & Branding Studio) and a library of 72 section layouts in 14 visual themes, light and dark.

AI credits: 100 a month on Solo, 500 on Pro, 1,500 on Studio. The trial does not include AI credits.

The Pegasy proposal editor with the section library open on Scope of Work layouts.

Scope, price and terms in one place

Define the work with Scope of Work, Deliverables, In / Out and Assumptions sections, or start from our free scope of work template. Price it as one offer, a fixed price or line items, or put two complete offers side by side when the client genuinely needs a choice.

Add your commercial terms (payment, validity, ownership, cancellation) and they become part of what the client signs. Prices in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK or JPY, with your tax rules shown on the offer.

Two complete offers side by side in a proposal, each with its price and what is included.

A proposal your client can act on

Your client opens the proposal on a phone or a laptop, with no download and no account. From there they can:

  • compare up to two offers and choose one;
  • ask a question or request a change, in context;
  • decline with a reason, so you know what happened;
  • sign, typed or drawn, with up to three signers and an optional email code;
  • pay the deposit, the full amount or a milestone through your own Stripe account.

Every signature records the time, IP address, device and a fingerprint of the exact version signed, and produces a signed document, a certificate of completion and an evidence record.

Know what happens after you send

See when your client opens the proposal, how long they stay, how far they scroll, which sections they read and when they come back. Get an alert when it is viewed or signed. Your own previews are never counted as client views.

On Pro and Studio: section attention, visit timeline and repeat visits in depth. On Studio: analytics across every proposal in the workspace.

What Pegasy does not do (yet)

We would rather you know now: no free plan, no custom domain, no CRM integrations (Studio has an API and webhooks), no buyer-selected add-ons or quantities, and proposals in English only.
